Shipping & Processing Policy
Delivery options are unavailable. You can pick up your order between 10 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Sunday. If you are not local, shipping options are available for an additional $10. Most items are unavailable for shipping, such as 100% freshly-pressed juices, whipped body butters, body scrubs, and sea moss gel. In addition, due to COVID-19, processing can take up to 3-5 days and shipping can take up to 2 weeks (although priority usually takes 3-4 days). All orders that are shipped will be processed through USPS. Once your shipping order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number (via text or email). If your order is placed on the weekend, it will be processed the next business day (Monday - Friday, but excluding holidays). Spend $75 or more and get your order shipped for free.
Due to COVID-19, we will not accept returns or exchanges. Once your order has been placed and/or processed, you cannot modify or cancel your order. If we make an error, please inform us immediately! We will gladly fix the problem.
